Comparison of Raw Material Grades

Generally speaking, fine granules are suitable for the surface layer, whereas the base layer can utilize either fine or coarse granules. Finer rubber granules offer a larger surface area for bonding with the adhesive, but this also increases costs associated with raw material processing—such as cutting, mixing, and vulcanization. Consequently, base layers made of fine granules are typically used in premium indoor commercial and home gyms, while normal rubber mat with coarse granules are employed for budget-friendly indoor gyms and outdoor areas.

Surface Layer Color Option

The surface layer can be either solid black black, grey, red, blue, green SBR or black SBR blended with 15% EPDM color granules, in black, blue, green, red and grey. The EPDM granule content is adjustable between 15% and 30%. The higher the EPDM content, the higher the price.

Packing & Loading: Packaging method by product type: Rubber floor mats are wrapped and secured with plastic film, fitted with kraft paper edge protectors, and finally stacked on wooden pallets. All wooden pallets are fumigation-free. Pallet dimensions are optimized for 20GP and 40HQ container loading to maximize cube utilization.

Documents: Pre-shipment photos are taken after palletization and before container sealing. Packing list, commercial invoices and bill of lading or other documents are prepared by the Shanghai office and sent to you before vessel departure.
