Features: Manufactured from SBR (Styrene-Butadiene Rubber) granules with a standard EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) speckle content of 15% (adjustable between 5% and 30%), the product is virtually odorless. It boasts a high density of 1080 kg/m³ and a Shore A hardness of 72. The surface is firm yet resilient, capable of withstanding heavy foot traffic and continuous use, with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +80°C. Key performance metrics include: a tensile strength of 7.0 MPa (40% higher than the industry minimum of 5.0 MPa); an elongation at break of 280%, effectively preventing tearing caused by subfloor irregularities; and 40% resilience, which protects cardio equipment bearings while reducing impact noise by approximately 18 dB. The surface features a smooth, matte, anti-glare finish with a light reflectance of only 15%, eliminating glare spots from overhead lighting and optimizing visibility for training surveillance cameras; it is also waterproof and sweat-resistant and easy to clean. Additionally, its superior tensile stability minimizes edge curling and rippling during installation.

Installation: Install by applying eco-friendly polyurethane adhesive across the entire back of the rubber roll onto a clean, dry subfloor.

Packing & Loading: Packaging method by product type: Every rubber flooring roll are wrapped and secured with plastic film to prevent surface contamination and scratching during transit, fitted with kraft paper edge protectors, and finally stacked on wooden pallets. All wooden pallets are fumigation-free. Pallet dimensions are optimized for 20GP and 40HQ container loading to maximize cube utilization.

Documents: Pre-shipment photos are taken after palletization and before container sealing. Packing list, commercial invoices, bill of lading and certificate of origin or other documents are prepared by the Shanghai office and sent to you before vessel departure.
