Brief Introduction

Applications: Designed for high-intensity home and commercial gym heavy free-weight training areas, this heavy-duty rubber flooring mat is available in thicknesses ranging from 10mm to 40mm, striking an optimal balance between surface durability and subfloor protection. It effectively withstands the impact of dropped barbells and dumbbells as well as the static loads of heavy equipment, while offering slip resistance, flame retardancy, and ease of cleaning. The normal rubber mat is also suitable for outdoor sports courts and kids outdoor playgrounds. Raw material grade and color can be optional according to indoor use or outdoor use.

Features: It is manufactured from a blend of high-quality recycled SBR rubber granules and 15% EPDM granules (with the EPDM content adjustable between 15% and 30%). With a density of 990 kg/m³ and a Shore A hardness of 68, it can withstand static loads of up to 500 kg/m² without permanent deformation. A tensile strength of 5.0 MPa—well above the industry minimum of 4.0 MPa—provides exceptional tear resistance, particularly around equipment anchor points. Additionally, optimized compression set characteristics ensure that temporary indentations caused by equipment such as power racks fully recover within 24 hours.

Raw Material Grade Option

Fine granules can be used for the surface layer, while the base layer can consist of either fine or coarse granules. Fine granules in the base layer are typically used for indoor commercial and home gyms, whereas coarse granules are used for outdoor areas.

Surface Layer Color Option

The surface layer can be either solid black or a blend of black material with 15% EPDM granules. The EPDM granule content can be customized according to requirements; a higher content results in a higher price.

Packing & Loading: Packaging method by product type: Rubber floor mats are wrapped and secured with plastic film, fitted with kraft paper edge protectors, and finally stacked on wooden pallets. All wooden pallets are fumigation-free. Pallet dimensions are optimized for 20GP and 40HQ container loading to maximize cube utilization.

Documents: Pre-shipment photos are taken after palletization and before container sealing. Packing list, commercial invoices and bill of lading or other documents are prepared by the Shanghai office and sent to you before vessel departure.
