Brief Introduction
Applications: Our Interlocking EVA Mat combines a durable SBR rubber surface with an EVA foam base to provide a practical flooring solution for indoor gyms and general-purpose sports areas, like Cardio equipment areas, Group exercise rooms, Aerobic studios and General-purpose training areas. The combination makes it a practical choice for a durability, easy installation, basic cushioning and cost control for commercial and residential fitness projects are key considerations.
Features: The flooring features a 2 mm SBR Rubber Roll top layer with a density of approximately 1,100 kg/m³, laminated to an EVA foam base with a density of approximately 220 kg/m³. The rubber surface provides a durable and easy-to-clean finish for everyday fitness use, while the EVA base adds basic cushioning and helps improve underfoot comfort. This construction makes the mat suitable for areas with moderate flooring performance requirements, without the higher material cost associated with heavy-duty impact-absorbing sports flooring. Available Sizes: 500 × 500 mm/1,000 × 1,000 mm. Available thicknesses: 10 mm/15 mm/20 mm/25 mm. Color Options: Solid Black/Black + 15% EPDM.
Installation: The interlocking EVA mat is designed for floating installation without adhesive. The puzzle-style connection allows individual tiles to be fitted together securely and makes installation relatively quick and straightforward. Top Layer Color Option
The surface layer can be either solid black or a blend of black material with 15% EPDM granules. The EPDM granule content can be customized according to requirements; a higher content results in a higher price.

Packing & Loading: Packaging method by product type: Interlocking SBR EVA Rubber Flooring Mats are wrapped and secured with plastic film, fitted with kraft paper edge protectors, and finally stacked on wooden pallets. All wooden pallets are fumigation-free. Pallet dimensions are optimized for 20GP and 40HQ container loading to maximize cube utilization.
Documents: Pre-shipment photos are taken after palletization and before container sealing. Packing list, commercial invoices and bill of lading or other documents are prepared by the Shanghai office and sent to you before vessel departure.
